Your industry, and the specific niche you work in *

In one sentence, what do you do and who do you do it for? *

Who is your real competition, and what can you do that they cannot? *

In a year from now, what do you want to be known for that you are not known for today? *

Where are your clients based, and what makes them different from the average buyer in your industry?

Where did your last five clients actually come from? One per line. Be specific. "Referral from a past client" is useful. "Word of mouth" is not.

Client 1
Client 2
Client 3
Client 4
Client 5

Describe your single best client. Not the biggest. The best fit.

What is usually going on for someone right before they reach out to you?

What is the most common hesitation you hear before someone commits?

What do people consistently misunderstand about what you do?

Link up to three pieces of your own content that sound most like you.

When someone at dinner asks what you do, how does it actually come out?

What words or phrases do you never want attached to your work?

What three words do you want a client using when they describe you to someone else?

Word / Phrase 1
Word / Phrase 2
Word / Phrase 3

Which of these are you actively using right now?

None of the above

Which one actually brings you clients, and which one takes the most work for the least return?

What have you started and let go quiet, and what made it stall?

Do you have an email list? If yes, roughly how many people and how often do you send?

Who sends you referrals today, and is there any structure to it, or is it accidental?

What are the two or three things that must move in the next 90 days?

What is already on your calendar in the next six months? Launches, speaking engagements, conferences, travel, seasonal peaks, hires, certification deadlines. Your roadmap gets built around these, so leave nothing out.

What are your real constraints? Hours per week you can realistically give this, budget beyond this engagement, who is on your team, and anything you will not do regardless of how well it works.

What have you already tried that didn't work? Including anything you paid for. Let's not rebuild something you've already run and abandoned.
